Over the past 12 years, The Catalyst Collective team has developed a process that we call the Purpose Project. This process helps anyone, next gen or otherwise, understand and unlock their identity and potential in a matter of hours vs years.

Purpose Project Online Course
This is the easiest and most cost effective way to experience the Purpose Project. For only $79, you get on demand, lifetime access.
Purpose Project Workshop
You can register for a workshop as a teen, adults, part of a group, or as a team. This is something all ages are impacted by!
Secondary Curriculum
We offer an innovative, Social-Emotional Learning experience for students in home, private or public school settings.

Today’s teens and young adults are like just about any previous generation. They wonder who they are, what they should do with their life, and where they fit in.
What is different is that unlike generations past, this generation doesn’t trust authority of any kind.
Why should they?
Parents, teachers, pastors and priests, government officials, law enforcement—authority figures and institutions, those that should be a positive influence and actively invest in the next generation, have let them down.
What makes this problem even more challenging is that many of those who should be investing in and leading the teens and young adults are missing in action. Perhaps because they don’t think they have time, or don’t know how to relate to a younger person. Whatever the reason is, even if a teen or young adult is willing to trust a mentor, they often don’t find one.
When we don’t invest in the next generation, they lack identity, purpose, and belonging. We lose them to depression, addictions, incarceration and suicide.
